Terms of service - Plant Plan Online Order

These terms apply when you order through this page. "We" means [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (UEN [UEN]), trading as UG Cable Detection SG.

1. What we do

We buy from Singtel, for the company you name, the underground plant plan covering the area you outlined on the map, and send you the files we receive. We do not draw, verify or alter the plans.

2. Who can order

Plans can only be purchased for a company registered in Singapore. You must give the company's registered name accurately. If the details are wrong or the company cannot be verified, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. [Lawyer to confirm.]

3. Plans are indicative only

Plans show the utility owner's records and may be incomplete or out of date. They do not replace on-site cable detection, the Notice of Commencement of Earthworks process, or any approval required by law. You remain responsible for safe excavation.

4. Price and payment

You pay when you order, on our payment provider's secure page ([HitPay / Stripe]), by PayNow or card. The price is in Singapore dollars [including / excluding] GST. We do not see or store your card details. An invoice is emailed to you immediately after payment.

5. Turnaround

We aim to deliver within [5 working days] of receiving payment. Timing depends on Singtel and is not guaranteed.

6. Cancellations and refunds
